Shaina is a dedicated social worker with a focus on generalist practice, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, PsychArmor, and Shaina Purser is a family caregiver, social worker, and passionate advocate committed to serving and positively impacting military, caregiving, and special needs communities. Inspired by her experience as a military family member and caregiver, Shaina chose to pursue a career of representation and awareness for military communities, their families, and communities with special needs.
She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in Social Change and Innovation, as well as Military Social Work, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Arizona State University. Her unique fusion of social work insights and marketing acumen enables her to create impactful initiatives, cultivate stakeholder engagement, and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.
