Shaina is a dedicated social worker with a focus on generalist practice, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles at ​the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, PsychArmor, and Shaina Purser is a family caregiver, social worker, and passionate advocate ​committed to serving and positively impacting military, caregiving, and special needs communities. Inspired by her experience as a ​military family member and caregiver, Shaina chose to pursue a career of representation and awareness for military communities, ​their families, and communities with special needs.


She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, specializing in Social Change and Innovation, as well ​as Military Social Work, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Arizona State University. Her unique ​fusion of social work insights and marketing acumen enables her to create impactful initiatives, cultivate stakeholder engagement, ​and facilitate cross-sector collaboration.
